Ahh, I did that the second week after I bought my ZX.
I replaced water pump, radiator, fan clutch and thermostat.
In my case, removing the fan clutch was a bitch, and you need to remove that to get to the water pump.
Just take your time when you're doing it. I think I did a pretty good job being my first time replacing all those things on a ZX.

removing fan clutch with fan still in place = shredded knuckles

Or maybe I just have big hands.

Invest in some ratchet type box end wrenches!!!! It'll make the job WAY easier

takes me 5 mins to remove fan and clutch. I remove the fan blades, then clutch.

you know, it's been so long since I've had a decent set of tools that I forgot that's the easier way to do it. The only 10mm socket I've got is a deep socket and it wont fit between the fan and radiator. I've got a 1/4" drive 10mm socket but no 1/4" drive ratchet. I'm working with my dad's tools and he's not mechanically inclined so my selection is limited. Atleast til I can get back to VA and get ahold of my tools.
