is there any way to bypass the window wiring temprorily so i can get my windows up before it rains? Remember i put on new doors adn have not gotten the new harness fixed yet.

 

try it. There's three plugs right? stick a little wire with power and ground onto two of them and see what happens!

 

i had cut the wires coming from the door bad idea.. lol

 

DOH! yup... bad idea.

 

i ran a wire from the battery to the wires from the door to see what ones are power. i got power to the mirrors but no window.

 

try the next plug

 

yeah tried them all... i'll just take it to a wire guy and have them do it. It should not be that much work.

 

I had to do this too. I had the door apart (cant remember why) but I had to get the windows up in a hurry cause a storm blew in out of nowhere. I just hotwired the window motor to the battery long enough to get em up.
