Welcome to ZDriver!

Yes, all 280zx springs are interchangeable. Or if you want to get rid of the rear squat, use 300D springs (search, I've discussed this in detail). Or buy a set of Eibach or ST Springs.

I have the Mercedes 300d rear springs in mine with the car at stock ride height. Best thing I've ever done. Besides lowering it or installing coil overs I highly recommend this mod. There is no squat and it makes the car handle much better. No front push in auto x and not a bad ride at all.

just went w/stock replacement springs and struts; sitting kinda high in back right now; looks like the rear wheels are a little 'pigeon-toed', and the handling got a little 'jiggy'. will let it ride for now and see how it wears. was real tired of it squatting when i mashed on the gas. put a manual boost controller in it a while back (2 yrs?) really untracked it; i think about 13 lbs of boost if i remember correctly. struts were really wore out; wouldn't even return open at all when compressed. springs looked to be the same height uninstalled.
