What would my 280ZX cost?

Hey guys, I just wanted to do a rough estimate of what my car would cost. I got interested cause I saw some on cars.com and well I'm just curious. Its a 1983 280ZX Turbo 2+2. The interior is a 6/10. It has the analog gauge cluster and its an automatic. The engine has 115,054. The color is white and the body is in perfect condition. There is no body rust anywhere on it anywhere!! The car idles fine (I recently got the idle corrected). Its a 9.5/10. The interior can pretty much be an easy fix. The seats and floor carpet are perfect. The headliner and the trunk liner is falling apart and the trunk carpet is faded. Other than that the car is super mint. I recently took out the stereo to put in a new one but I still have the old one. It has the swastika rims and the whole car is original. I will see if I can get some pictures up 2morrow but what would you guys offer? Thanks for the feedback.

most likely somewhere between $1500 and $3000 for your car if you wanted to sell it

ZXs just aren't worth that much, unless you have one thats collectible

i picked mine up for $500 in pretty good condition

so is this the subtle way of saying your car is for sale?

whenever ya want to compare prices... here's a couple nice sites that you could check out.

(nada online) http://www.nadaguides.com/ClassicHom...Pr=0&wPg=2002&

http://www.kbb.com

http://www.ebay.com

These are all just rough estimates tho... Each car is different, & the price really depends on the demand & quantity for sale in the current market. 2+2's are usually looked down upon, and less desired.

I just was curious. I had seen some 280's in worst condition than mine and non-turbo going for more than mine so I wanted to see if mine would be that much. Im keeping the car, its gonna stay with my dad and Im going to get a S14 240.

I paid $2300 for mine dumped $2600 into the suspension & another $500 into the stereo, I am trying to sell it & people think $2500 is too much cheapasses I tell ya in the long run a car is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it.
