What fuse am I missing?

I replaced the light in the glove box of my 1979ZX, and it still didn't work. So I thought I would look at the fuses. They all look okay, but there are four slots across the bottom and I am missing the second one from the left. I have looked through the FSM and the Haynes manual and I can't find any info on what those four fuses on the bottom do. It looks like I am missing something, but I have no idea what it does or if it matters.

I think you will find that those are spare fuses and not used in any circuits.
Only the ones that snap into the brass connections are used.
That doesn't help with why your light doesn't work. Could be broken or loose wire on the switch in the glove box?

Also, I had a problem where the PO installed 32v prius fuses into the car, and as a result no interior lighting worked (nor did the radio). Can't hurt to check that those fuses are indeed the proper 12v 10/15/20/25A etc.
