I seriously doubt I will be going this year. Alot has happened in my life these last few months. Most of you know about one of them..heh heh.

Anyway I just made a deal to keep from getting foreclosed on. So I am very thankful for that. But it will cost me a ton of money for a few months. So I will be majorly broke. Also I destroyed my credit within a year..woo hoo!! I have collectors calling me night and day 7 days a week. Of course I just don't answer my phone. Unless I know who the person is.

There's no telling if I'm going to make it. I may be starting a new job in April, so who knows... Anybody like rented DVD's delivered to your door or streamed to your xBox360...?

Well, when you get over to your new job at Netflix... See what you can do about their horrendously bad streaming quality

It's like watching a movie through a dirty/fogged up shower door.

Well, it's now official, I have the job offer in my hands and I've signed it and faxed it back, so they can't back out of it now! I am now officially responsible for Operations at Netflix, so yes Rod, your video quality is now responsibility. I get near 720p resolution through my XBox360, so I don't know what your problem is! As my first official act, I'm going to inform you to get a better internet connection.

My biggest problem with the mail system was the Post Office kept losing the returning DVDs.
I never tried or wanted to do any streaming.

Hell yes i'll be ther . . .oh . . .no . . .wait . yea, i wont. Kinda need a Z and a little bit of money to do that. And for the love of organic wholegrain rustic sliced bread-somebody with a decent eye and equipment take hella pics. Large, high quality pics. Center the image people . . .CENTER
None of this point and shoot garbage. Lets see some wide angle SLR action

And Wade . . dude. .whats with the job switch?! You're previous employer go under? Last we talked you got the rare privilege of canning some uber deserving douche for some major *****. Now Netflix?! HOOK IT UP!!!! i got a free sixtee and i love movies! What a funny coincidence!!!

Let's just say that Verisign wasn't what it was when I started 7 years ago and things were starting to get ugly in a bad way. Now, I'm changing the world of entertainment!

Right on, Wade. I dont know about the internal affairs of netflix, but as a consumer i think they are awesome. Ive never had any issues that have gone unresolved with them. Their customer service was tight, quick and the DVD rental turnaround was never more then 3 days. EVER.
Now when you say "responsible of operations" that means you're title is what? DM? RM? Head of logistics? Guy who orders the tp when the roll runs out?
Regardless, congrats man. Netflix is dope

Hey!! Congrats mang!!!

I busta you ballz a bit no?

Actually, my streaming quality when I watch it on my computer is pretty good... (Although my computer monitor is a 37" Vizio LCD ).

Streaming through the X360 though is no bueno. I think it's just because my TV is "Too Good" and it really shows the compression big time (52" Samsung LCD ).

My connection speed is the ballz... I average 18-24 Megs DL speed all the time.

It would be nice if they could find a way to stream full 5.1 audio though

Good luck on the new yob mang!
