you mean the exhaust? im pretty sure its 2.5 could be wrong.

 

Now that you edited it makes more sense... I thought you were asking for the diameter of the ACTUAL wastegate hole (as though you were taking off the wastegate housing and going external). You are actually asking about the wastegate housing to downpipe hole size. Using correct terminology / descriptions helps us help you.

The actual size of the exhaust out is 2.25" and at the bottom of the downpipe is moves to 2.5"
