Turn signal/Hazard relay Location

Hi,

A few days ago I rescued a 1982 280zx non turbo from my dads backyard.
I changed the plugs, cap/rotor, and oil. It runs good and have all lights working except the turn signals and hazards.
I did research and found it is a combo unit which was changed in 1982?
I can not find it under the dash by the brakes. I even took off the plastic shield underneath and can't find it. I did find a connector with 3 male prongs on it not hooked up to anything. AFAIK turn signals relays are male so it wouldn't fit anyways. Any other ideas?

pretty well hidden as I remember. but that is about the right area. to the right of the steering column. you got to stand on your head to see it.
