what?? Licence @ 18??! That's crazy. I've been driving for 6 years. I don't get that... I understand the arguments "oh, if they're 18, they're more responsible than if they were 16..." I don't think so...

I think if you start driving when you are 15 or 16, then by the time you're 18, you can be a skilled driver! Plus, that's just weird dude.. I can't imagine being a senior in high school, and having my mom drop me off in the front.

I think what he means is he has been waiting in line at the Department of Licensing for 18 years...

i got my licence 4 months ago and im still 16 =P damn sucks if u have to wait intil your 18

not that i had to wait. its just that i didnt see the point of getting it b4 im 18 cuz my parents could take it away.

If you own your car and your car insurance policy then there is no reason for them to take it...

lol, I agree. I failed my first drivers test because a rt bus pulled out in front of me from the side of the road, I hit the brakes, downshifted, and stopped safely behind the bus. The instructor was a dick though, he started throwing **** in the truck and cursing at me. When we got back, he had a huge grin on his face since he failed me, and my dad was going to beat his *** for it.

I got my license at 18, mainly because of money, and I had a traumatic car accident at 15. Really shook me up, that I was afraid to drive.(I was the passenger of course) Finally at 18 I went and got my license, I felt like I had total freedom!

Geting a licence is on my to-do list. I am sure to get around to it some day. maby when i find that list. I drive my 03 ranger right now. the 280ZX i get will be a play toy. . I turned 18 back in May. Now the cops can really get on to me for paintball. them K-9's are a bitch. Have fun ThermalWake.
