So i was just wonderimg if any older model z steering wheels fit on a 79zx, love the gt design the 240,260 and 280 z years had on them. Not sure if i would need any modifications made to the wheel in order for one of these to fit a zx any of you guys know..

great i want to put a three spoke wheel on my z and i was not sure whether it would mount properly

 

You just need the adapter for either a five bolt wheel (Grant) or six bolt (Nardi, etc) specific to the 70-83 and I think the 510 and a few other Datsun's use the same spline count
