Hey Guys,

I was looking around on Ebay for some seats for my Z. I came across these and want get your opinions. I was thinking about buying another set of Corbeaus but these one look "nice" too.

I wouldn't buy cheap no-name seats off ebay. I'd bet money those things don't meet any sanction body (SFI/FIA) or regulatory (DOT) requirements.

I'd go with another set of Corbeau's. I assume you were talking about seats for your 280ZXT? If so, spec them out for a Miata, Honda CRX or Toyota MR2. That should make it pretty easy to make them fit. Most of the after market seats with shoulder 'wings' will be hard to make fit in a Z car. The ZX is a little easier, but not by too much.

I've got a set of Corbeau A4-W's in my 280ZXT and a set of Pro-Car seats in my white 240Z that will be transplanted into my new Orange 240Z and a set of Kirkey aluminum seats will go into the White 240Z after the cage goes in.

Where are you in Concord? I'm in San Ramon, but I don't remember seeing your Z at any of the meets.

 

thanks LWW, I'm going with another set of Corbeaus later on then. For now I goanna put one of my Forzas in the 280. Hopefully it should fit well.

I live close to Sunvalley mall, about 10min drive from it. I've never been to any Z meets or even MSA for that matter. Still, I'll go one of these days... i just need to get my Z running again.
