restoring 83 turbo wheels

The outer rim coating is hist but using Mothers keeps 'em shiny. Fairly light stains on spokes. How to clean them? If not, has anyone had them restored?

Thanks. Could not find a post specific to the zwasticas. My ZXs had the six spokes and Mothers kept them shiny. I was not sure about these fours since they have a million horizontal grooves. Thought there is a solvent solution for those surfaces. To clean without losing the coating.
