yeah not so bad...mine has so much **** baked on it man...unreal..i need to send it to a shop to...how much is yers gonna be??? i wanna get regrind and all check out i gotta get em to fix one of my stripped plugs....ugh...so beat up...ill take a few pix tomorrow and let you see all....

I have to exhust bolts that where broke so they want $70.00 bill a hour to fix that and they said shaving it will cost $50.00 bill so hopefully they will only slap me with $120 but if its more o well

hehe...not THAT bad...i dunno what the guys charge in our machine shop...probably more haha
i gotta get my seats re-ground, i dunno if i wanna shave it since iwant lower compression...but ifit has to be shaved...oh well..thicker head gasket...i also want them to fix my stupid stripped plug...ill have to phone and get a quote...

ya i hope that i wont have to have mine shaved i just dont want to pay for it. i was going to call them in the moring and see whats up she said she would know some thing tomarrow ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so i cut my EGR pipe and my header will have that port on it so i am going to cap it off on the under side of the intake and at the header out take point has any one done this and is there any thing and also goes along with capING off my EGR

I made mine according to the Chilton's manual. (worse manual ever, but the only one with info on that block)
Mine was much deeper into the engine when installed... hmmmm.... also, very very hard to remove. But it worked flawlessly both times I used it.
