THANKS FOR THE COMPLEMENTS, NOW I JUST HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO FOR THE INTERIOR.
my 1982 car had a fender key hole when I bought it. It is how you arm and disarm an old 1980's alarm system. The system itself didn't work when I got the car but I removed it and the hole before the paint job back in 1997.
An alarm system with a keyhole in the fender. . . . .rooooooooyyytttt. Now that is some damn fine japanese technology for the day. It makes perfect sense. Put a keyhole in the fender. Sure, why not? Shoot, might as well throw in a coffee grinder, public pay phone, piano and a magazine rack.

Pretty girl, DGriffin! What are your plans for the interior? What needs improvement or modification?
Hahaha, that's too funny about Bleach having that pic! Maybe he hacked into your friend's computer.
Really? I've never even seen or heard of such a thing. Was the alarm system a factory-installed option, cuz none of my 280ZX's had one.

Thanks Z Car Barbie, Well Basically The Interior Is Pretty Stripped Out, So Im Just Going To Take It A Section At A Time, And Try To Think Of A Custom Solution To It. Although I Dont Want To Start That Until I Can Get These Mechanical Issues Sorted Out First.
Hey Griffin, if you need help with and of ideas for your interior. Hit me up man, I cutomized mine here and there. And I still have more ideas, and things I want to try and imply into my interior theme.
I know you are in Phoenix, I am in East Mesa. Though I am sure, you are quite a ways from me. But anyway, hit me up, if you need help or ideas bro'.

Will ya post some pix of your interior when you get a chance ... ummm, errr, should I be asking Bleach for those - lol? I'm just curious what it looks like. Click HERE if you wanna see pix of my before and after shots. Surely, your's can't look any worse than those, can they?

The alarm was not a factory or Nissan feature. I should have said it was some crappy aftermarket alarm. It has a siren: a physical spinning motor to create the noise. It is possible it was a late 70's or very early 80's alarm bought used and installed. I'm not sure what the alarm technology was back then. I was learning to read still.
... back in '82, I could throw a pigskin a quarter mile
and yes, I do happen to have pics of the interrior! hehehe...
Muahaha!
