Alright ladiez, here's my final answer.

for the turbo bypass valve 16M 1.25 = L-series oil drain plug
for the vacuum canister 12M 1.25 = Nissan Altima oil drain plug

yes Rod, I left the blue washer on and I used a new crush washer on the other plug. I put a little form-a-gasket on the threads
