photo chop
I've been using JASC Paint Shop Pro 9. It does everything I need it to do. Someday when I have time I will mess around w/ the latest Adobe Photoshop... I've heard from a few people (Thxone could prolly give a better opinion) that CS2/CS3 is pretty complicated.
Adobe Photoshop CS2... i like the little improvemtns they made over photoshop 7.. but if youve never used phtoshop before, it can be pretty dificult... but just know the basic commands and a few little tricks and you can pretty much do anything with it....
I use PhotoShop7 for minor editing and for resizing images as it opens the fastest of the three PhotoShop programs I use. I also use CS and CS2. CS2 is the preferred of the three for me as it has the most current tools and effects, patches and bug fixes, and updates.
I have used Paint Shop Pro of different versions but I have always scrapped them for PS. Yes it is a pain when you first try to use it and it can seem overwhelming but stick with it and it will start clicking in your head. There are many websites with many step by step tutorials that will help you in the beginning and also try alot of just messing around with different tools/filters/plug ins/buttons/settings and what not to see what they do. Remember that in PS using the buttons on the keyboard (Ctrl+Z) is undo (Ctrl+Alt+Z) repeatedly will undo multiple times. This THX sig was done with CS2
