Oh man it should be a crime. Oh well... anyone need parts?

So I (moron) just took my wonderful little '81 zx and murdered it in cold blood on Thursday night/ Friday morning. Well its more like manslaughter, I sure didnt mean to do it but either way it found its way into a tree at 50mph or so.
I had just put a full back custom bent single piece exhaust on it about 2 weeks ago that was just starting to sound great. I have done so much nitpick work to it lately. I was going to replace the clutch, sway bar links + bushings, and change the oil on Saturday. I was in the process of ordering a starter, panel bump stops all around, and new door gaskets (thank god I didn't pay yet). I had just washed and waxed it about 6 hours earlier. And then I pissed in its face
.
Oh well, better start saving for another one, maybe I'll actually find a zxt this time (yeah right). So anyway I'll be parting it out to try to get money for another one, anyone need any parts? I live in CT. The body is pretty much all done with the exception of the rear and the driver's door. The interior is pretty shot (well mostly, there's still a few okay parts). Mechanically, the car was tip-top. Any part you may need I probably have unless it got smashed in the accident. The affected area = front right and passenger side.

Be thankful your alive. One of the kids that used to hang around the shop got his car running a little too good, had to go to his funeral awhile back. He had the same problem, negative clearance with a tree.
Edit: It should probably be mentioned that some crazy old bastard backed out into the road and he had a choice, he took the tree. Not totally his fault.

wow! good charms man! hope you are okay mentally also. I personally know how it feels to have negative clearance with a wooden pole
. Hope you doing okay...
Got any pictures of the wreck, would probably help you part out the good parts faster :-)

Yeah, red interior... although some parts have nicely sun-faded to brown. The exhaust is a single piece straight from the collector back into a flowmaster 40 series. Yeah I have many pics but my connection has slowed down a lot and I need to figure out something before I can post much, I'll get some up in the next few days. Also I'm physically fine, not a scratch on me, back's a little sore but I guess it's nothing I'm not familiar with given my luck with moving things. Mentally a little down, I feel like I just lost a girlfriend. I guess I can be thankful though you guys are right it could have been a lot worse.
Hey, finally got around to getting some of those pics up. I have since torn it down some and you can really notice the uni-body is twisted real bad. Oh well F*** it.

Datsuns don't like trees next to stone walls.

Twisted up.

Note the A-pillar all pulled back and the roof is bent.

Don't worry, the driver door doesn't open much easier.

That's what I planned on doing, it would be one hell of a parts car, but who's got one just lying around with a bad motor?? If you know someone in the northeast by all means please let me know...
