Newbe
Hello Everyone, just want to introduce my self. Been living near Columbus, OH since 1990 (originally from WV) and owned a 1978 280Z way back in 1982-84.
I am 67 (chronologically, not in spirit though) and retired.
Two weeks ago I saw a 1983 ZX advertized and this is what I discovered: Been sitting since 2007, owner bought in 85/86 (lady), 72,230 miles, auto/non turbo, body in great shape with very minimal rust on one rear fender lip, records dating to her purchase, bad fuel pump, leather seats with no rips, tears, or much wear. It was garaged, due to fuel pump, up until two years ago then covered with a tarp. She just had new tires, tune up, and water pump installed. winterized, and more that I can't think of right now.
I'm looking forward to this forum for assistance in getting the car back on the road. I've already pulled the fuel sending unit to drain the tank, inflated the tires and waiting for the weather to warm up a little. Picture was taken last fall.

Welcome to ZDriver! That is a hot Z!
Pick up a freebie factory service manual at XenonS130 - S130 Reference along with the parts fiches. They are good for locating OEM part numbers.
Post some pics when you get a chance and keep us up to date on your progress. Interested to see what a well-preserved S130 like that needs at this point.
Thanks and welcome!
