I started to work in my 280ZX '80 and it is finally running. We changed the gas tank, fuel pump, fuel, gas, and air filters, plugs and cables. I only flushed the radiator but my friends insist I need to change it. Any advise?

Well, step 1 would be: Inspect and test. No need to replace something if it's in proper condition.
