i have searched local and the great ebay but no luck at the moment. my problem is a charming young 11 year old boy thought it would be a laugh to drop bricks on my car (see below) lucky for me he was stupid enough to do it a 2nd time 5min later. he was caught and now the parents have to pay for the damage. I need a chrome side strip for a 2+2 targa, driver for me so passenger side for you guys and the chrome strip for the bottom of the windscreen, i can paypal the money to you but will obviously have to give extra for postage to get over to australia. If anybody has these parts (would prefer to get it in one lot) can you please post up and we can organize something. PS i'm not a nigerian scammer

Which part is that, i have all trim pieces from a 2+2 that i found at the yard.

 

the trim is the right hand side 2+2 a pillar for a s1 79 and the bottom of the windscreen chrome strip

 

How in the world did he target your car only, amongts all the other's in the parking lot? The z's are known to be 'really cool cars', especially with kids. So I can't figure out the motive to why an 11yr old would do such a destructive activity to such a lovely piece.


Make him pay for a new hood for laying the brick on top of it and accuse him of denting your door Moreover, get his family to pay for a fresh paint job as everyone knows you can't match paint that well Then the ba**tard will learn. I mean you have to be a damned idiot to do something like that.

yeah in small parts but will be too hard chasing that up so i said i'd accept payment for some bog and paint and i'd do the work as i am eventually getting around to repairing the body and repainting.
