NE ONE want a 280ZX?
i am sick of it already, ne one want it?
i JUST paid $1100, i will let it go for $800

RUSTY
doesnt like to idle very well for about the first 30 seconds or so after starting.
TAKE IT!!! MAKE AN OFFER!!! ill just drive my damn 60hp civic!

The car always gets looks because it is a sharp color and body style, but the car has significant rust.* Some of it is hidden because of the color of the car.* Areas of rust include: above the windshield, quarter panels, rockers and the undercarriage.* Some holes in the undercarriage were filled with bondo before I got the car.* I believe the rust to be significant enough that the car is beyond restoration.

Here is my offer, place the car under a cover of some sort and set it aside. I will be moving to Ga soon and will have some money then, if you still have the car I WILL COME THERE AND GET IT FOR $800. If in that time you say "find yourself another 280 and want to swap the good parts over to it" well then you will be happy you kept it. Don't give up yet man, it may just work out yet for you.

actually he revised it after that, there was no mention of the rust, or that it was so severe, all it said was " it does have rust" or something like that, it must have been changed quite a bit, cuz i never seen any of that. so i assume when he removed the buy it now price, he re-wrote a lot of it... cuz when i seen it there was no buy it now option and the bid was at $600

just paid $1100, would not sell for less than $800 EXTREME RUST!!! engine runs good except the forst 30 seconds or so after start up it dont like to idle. interior is prolly 6-7 out of 10

YEP, i got it running good, but the rest od the car is preety much trash.
engine trans clutch etc. is all good, T-TOPS good all glass is good, electrical all works (minus speedo/odo) it is just insanely RUSTED
has little over 140K but engine was said to have been rebuilt at around 80K, i have no way of knowing if its true as he had no reciepts of any kind, so i just asssumed he was blowin smoke up my ***.
