Keep It

Well after listing my car 3 times on ebay as well as putting it through every free classifieds I could find I've given up on trying to sell it. I'm just going to wait a little while and have it transported out here to South Dakota. I was a little hesitant with the whole transporting thing at first cause I've had a bad experience with it (with this Z in fact). But I'm looking at less then $1k to get it shipped out here. Not bad when I compare it to the cost of locating another Z and still having to get it out here to S.D. I had a car lined up locally but that fell through when the car and it's owner just disappeared off the face of the planet. I'm still scratching my head on that one.

I'm just hoping to get it out here by this fall. Then all I have to do is replace the ball joints and get her aligned and she's good to go. So as it stands I remain a member of the S130 community And to think, I almost joined the darkside with a 260Z

Yeah... I was watching your ebay auction, & was amazed that no one bid. Quite odd. Doh!

not one bid. 20 people watching it, but no bidders. Had a guy offer me a trade for a lap top though A couple more people made offers on it off of ebay, but then they just dissapeared. I even went out and got a new title cause one guy said he'd buy it if I had a title. Well now I'm sitting here with the title and my car's still not sold.

I'm talking to someone via email right now about possibly trading it for another Z, but thats still up in the air. Most likely I'll just hold onto it and have it transported out here though. And I figure once I got it I can fix all the little quirks and then try to get my hands on a slick top.

I didn't know you lived in SD. I'm taking my family on little vacation to SD; we're going to take a couple of tours to Mt. Rushmore and some other sites around Rapid City.

yeah great to hear J your z will fly once you get those done. Who knows maybe you'll come across a slicktop that you can swap with your turbo setup.

Right on J, glad to see your Z is staying with you. It is odd, that nobody bid on it though. But maybe that is a sign to say, the Z is yours, and no one else's. Anyway keep us updated, and good luck to you man.
