I feel like i never come on here anymore. Maybe its cuz i dont . . .haha. Just dont have any time. Well to make a long sappy story short-
Im working 2 jobs right now, M-F, the Z is a demanding project with issues popping up all the time and gas is too damn expensive to keep dumping 15-20bucks just for a 1/4 tank. And as my luck would have it i get an engine with a crappy manifold leak issue again. Its the foremost bolt that sheered off and now it sounds horrible. It still needs hella work and i just dont have the time or money anymore. I need a cheap *** beater or a bike. I can always get a Z later but now isnt the time i guess. I got so much **** goin on i cant seem to really focus on anything. It sucks. So yea . . .the Z is now for sale.

those thoughts keep crossing my mind too though. z wants brakes, clutch, and diff right now. i am trying to whittle the costs down as much as i can without sacraficing quality. sigh..... stupid mortgage....

Id sell it and get a cheap bike for daily communing. It sucks but like you said youll always be able to get another one some day when you have everything under control.

Ah come on Apollo, you have put so much into that Z. Don't get rid of it, you will regret it bro'. Just do what people have said on here. Park it, and come back to it, when you are ready to mess with it again. You will be glad, you did, mark my words man. I have sold vehicles, that I regretted selling. Just my 2 cents man, give it some thought. And good luck to you, whatever you decide.

You know I was in the same boat...I kept my ZX, bought a Saturn for $2000. Work on my ZX every now and then. That was just my 2 cents. I just couldn't see giving up my ZX, not after how much work I put into it.

It was just like my ZX, I got discouraged, so it got parked in the garage, and on a couple occasions tried to sell it. I almost did, but the sale fell through. I eventually decided since I could manage to sell it I started working on it more, and now it's running better than it ever has and I'm really glad it didn't get sold.

Sorry guys. Im not giving up. Im just being logical. I dont have the time or money to keep it up anymore. Not only that, i just dont have the energy. This car has been more labor intensive and problematic than ever. In the last 3 days i got 5 tickets. 5 ****ing tickets. I can truly say that, from the deepest, darkest parts of my soul, i hate the city of Berkeley, CA and every single person involved with it. If i have to deal with one more cop i'll probably go to prison for homicide. I swear to god. I cant take it anymore. i cant drive a nice car or any car for that matter with out being pulled over and harassed. Its not ****ing fair. Just cuz im young, male and not white.

Aside from all this. yes. the Z is for sale or trade. Im looking for a bike. 600cc's or smaller. Wanna trade anyone? If not im only looking for 2000 or best offer for the Z.

2x no front plate
2x no tags
1x for making a left turn at a no left turn intersection despite the fact that every single intersetion on that MAJOR blvd has a no left turn from 8am-10am. Its the only one along the 7 mile stretch. I know. I drive that area every day for work. But the dike cop who needs her throat slit very slowly with a rusty blade wouldnt even hear me out.
