i'd believe it is. but no matter what material it is, i don't like mis matched hoods. it looks ricer to me

 

right... i hate you so much right now. it looks great i like the two tone (not ricer) look if done properly. shoulda painted the lip and the seem it follows on the front black as well to match. black bre spoiler black flares carbon hood. black fender mirrors. woulda been sex! or ****! if you will

 

and what defines a ricer?? imported car? 4 cyl??? not to me its the polished turd that runs high 17's. but most importantly the driver!!!! and maybe that honduh emblem a lil

i dont think u can rice that car out but thats just me. im sure 50 ppl will slap me with... slap a big ricer front clip and a huge spoiler on it and poof ricer

is it really ok to rag on ppl for what they like in terms of looks wheather it be smooth lines or agressive curves?

make fun of the dipshiet kid that trys to race u in a stock honda w a fart pipe. those are the kids we like to see in our rear veiw mirrors lol

i think a "ricey" describes any non functional upgrades on an import. i still like this car, yes. i just don't like the hood. sure the material is functional, because it is lighter, but leaving it unpainted... i don't like it.

 

I like the carbon fiber hood look. Although I agree the whole CF look is becoming ricey. I can't tell you how many civics I've seen driving around with a carbon fiber hood and hoodpins. Also a big wing, and a huge exhaust. There are people if they can't get a CF hood they just paint the hood black and tell people it's Carbon Fiber. Now that's pretty awesome if you ask me.
