If you were closer, I would give you a hand. I have had wiring projects, many times. And I am still not done. Going to go over my wiring this weekend. And at least get my power mirrors to work. And maybe possibly, my reverse lights.

Fixed the original engine harness, so the ECUs don't matter anymore. Now, my question, the O2 sensor, has a wire, and then an exterior wire surrounding it. Is the outer wire just an insulation or does it carry information back to the ECU along with the inner wire?
