Hey guys would a hood scoop from a turbo Z31 look good on a S130? My friend crashed his car, and told me that I could take some parts before he sends it to the salvage yard....

 

Yeah they look fine. I plan on going with the FG L88 cowl hood scoop from MSA though.

 

Take it off and place on hood to see if you like... U going to make it for looks or put a hole in the hood?

 

Ok so I got the hood scoop and decided that It would look better as a vent, I didnt want to drill a whole in the hood so I used emblem tape to secure it ( just in case I changed my mind) I kind of like It but I would appreciate some feed back from you guys...

 

idk, maybe if you had one on the other side....just kinda a odd ball right now

its already a vent regardless of what way you put it on.
just like the scoop on a 280zx turbo its designed to let hot air out not pull fresh air in.


you should get another one on the other side too looks good

 

I personally like the symetrical vents on the Series I (79-81) S130s....

Get dual Subby vents - go big or go home ;P
