HELP! Desperately need ECU

Hi all. We are half way thru a LeMons race in our 280zx and I believe the ECU is fried. Anyone in the SF Bay Area I can pick up tonight or first thing tomorrow? Thanks guys!!!

Found two ECU's at a Pick 'n Pull near Sacramento. Neither did the trick. Turns out we are not getting 12v TO pin 27 on the ECU from the EFI relay. We ended up jumping this from the battery and it fired up. Ran well until the radiator sprung a leak and the engine overheated. Bummer. Still don't really know what the true cause of our electrical failure was, only what worked as a work-around for a couple of hours. More homework to do it looks like...

Hey LemonHead! Does this mean you didn't finish? I was cheering for your team.

The LeMons meets look like a hoot from the net! They ought to be televised, dangit! Would be great to see some real racing with, like, NORMAL cars for a change...

Sounds like the fusible link is toast.

Also, for urgent needs, check out the 280ZX FB group: https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/164690436882353/

Unfortunately we did not finish the race, major bummer. As for the route cause, I'm not ruling fusible links out just yet, but at least all the ones in the engine bay appeared to be intact and showing 12v on both side. There seems to be some lack of communication somewhere between the ignition switch, EFI relay, and the ECU. Frustrating.
