Anyone have a clue?
I have a 1983 280zx. Heater Core assembly and housing has been removed...to replace heater core I guess. My Helms manual has fairly good instructions for intall of componenets. But there is a copper looking coil wire connected to the heater core housing assembly. I have no idea what this is or what it is for. The book has no such item mentioned or shown. Can anyone help?

I'll answer my own question in case someone has the same problem. The copper tube is part of the water **** and this tube ends up as a coil that is mounted into the back of the heater housing. Got the answer from another forum.
