grinding transmission!! 83 280zx NA

So when I first got my car the trans was all types of ****ed up and so was the clutch. I was told it was the throw out bearing. In order to change that you might as well changed all of the bearings near it as well (I believe it was like 4 more). So Bam a rebuilt trans and a brand new clutch was put into the babes. Now there are rare times where like im late to work or have to move the car fast for street cleaning and I dont let it warm up all of the way and once I put it in reverse to come out of a parking spot she grinds. Its like I press the clutch in rev a bit to go backwards n I feel like its grinding really hard. I rev it higher and it goes away for a sec and then comes back. The only was I get it to stop is if I put it in neutral and disengage the clutch. Someone help me out lol im freaking out

Did this rebuilt transmission just fall out of the sky?
Maybe you could give details?

So basically my uncle works for Nissan Parts and he knew somebody that had a rebuilt tranny for my car. Grabbed it. Slapped it on. And yeah :/. Same exact tranny as mine just "rebuilt" -_-.

Sounds more like the linkage is out of adjustment, instead of the clutch itself... or the transmission. If the linkage is not allowing the clutch to fully dis-engage, then you're going to get the problem you're describing.
