Getting ready to dyno my Z soon

As the title states, I'll be going to the dyno soon. It'll be on Saturday to be exact. I've been itching to get some numbers for the Z32 maf setup for a while now. I'm excited and nervous at the same time, but I still have some things to do before my Z will be ready for the dyno. I thought I'd be less busy with my work hours being reduced back to normal, but nope it's still crazy. I have been helping my friend move outta his old apartment, getting my place ready for my sister to have a room when she flies in tomorrow on a visit, and doing some maintenance on my Z along with fixing my friend's car. Anyway, if any one in the SD area wants to check it out, it'll be at the Dyno Shop in Santee right off the 52 highway. Hopefully the stock headgasket will hold 110kPa of boost (~16 psi)! My fingers are crossed that nothing bad happens! I'll post the numbers and a video too if I can remember my digi camera this time.

Nismo, I'm hoping for at least 270 whp. Anything more would make me a lot happier! My rear section of my exhaust is the bottle neck. It's still the 60mm HKS. I need to get it changed to a 3" setup sometime. Anyway, I guess it'll be a good before and after of the catback I suppose. Shady, I was running 11.5 psi-12 psi when I met you at MSA. I had a bad TPS at the meet which was causing some idle issues and a little too much fuel under WOT, so I kept the boost down to keep from shooting flames out the exhaust.

Thanks for the offer Hoov, but I am going to Vildini Motorsport to get my 3" done since they're customer service was awesome. I figure I may as well provide them some more business because I liked the work they did for my downpipe. Anyway, the dyno day didn't turn out as well as I wanted it to. I believe my FPR or TPS took a dump on me as my idle a/f's are all screwed up today (why did it have to crap out today???) and my a/f under boost were always in the 10's or lower resulting in absolutely no power. So yep, more fixing before I can actually do anything else... This is getting annoying.

My best run netted 194.7 hp and 244 lb/ft of torque at 4100 rpm..... No where near the rpm where peak power is supposed to be made on an L28. Both runs were cut at ~5200 rpm because the power went straight downhill. Oh wells, after I replace the FPR and check the TPS, I'll do another dyno day. Here's a link to the run, don't mind the guy saying my blow off valve was making all the noise, he didn't know I had an external wastegate. http://youtube.com/watch?v=6Z6NvVJWKUI

that sucks dude, specially since dyno's cost soo much. and thats an interesting sounding open wastegate. also, is that a greddy BOV?

I hate that when you get to a certain point and then the power just cuts off, it's in a range that doesn't even affect normal driving, but still sucks.

Snw, it's a Greddy Type-S blow off valve. The wastegate is a Tial 38mm gate. I'm planning to fix the issues after I get back from my trip to Japan. I'm saving up to enjoy my time there, and at least in the current state of tune for my Z, it's still driveable, albeit with a major loss in power.
