Hey guys! New here. Searched everything I could find and not a lot of definitive data to be had. FSM has no guidance either...

Long story but I just bought a 1979 280ZX. Going through it and found tank full of rust. Dropped tank and having it cleaned up. While it's out, I'd like to replace all the fuel and vent lines. I can't for the life of me find out exactly what the lines measure. They look to be stock and in need of replacing. Planning to do everything from the tank to the hard lines and the hard lines to the injectors. Is that 4 different sizes?!?!? I'm also interested in the front line sizes too.

Some questions from my research:
PTFE needed if I'm running E85?
High pressure needed for EFI but where does that start? Whole system of after the pump?
Metric or SAE hose sizes? They're close but different...

Y'all must have been as lost as me or been asked the question too much.

ANSWER
The return hose is 8mm / 5/16"
The supply hose is 10mm / 3/8"
The vent hose is 15mm / 9/16"
The tank vent hose is 1/4"

Make sure the return and supply hoses are SAE 30R9 for EFI.
