Why isn't there a four piston kit for an 81-83? And I don't want to pay $1,000,000.00 for the Brembo kit.

Because the front spindle is bigger (longer) on the S30 body than on the S130. Those are just Toyota 4 piston calipers that MSA makes into an overpriced kit. They can mount to the 280zx strut, but if you put the wheel back on, the outside face of the caliper will hit the inside of the rim.
