Well after a month throwing fits kicking tool boxes and throwing screw drives across the yard. . . . Neighbors kids still have to go to to the shrink Found my short. . . . Tottal A$$hole ! ! Asked the previous 17 yr old owner did you do the stereo. . . Amp wires huge power wire mic harness hanging out everywhere kid says "no man car came like this". . . . I then asked did the fuse blow after the stereo was put in. . . . "Dude just said car came like this". . .I changed my tone and asked did the lights work when you bought the car. .. "um yea man worked fine then they didn't". . . I thought ok stereo wireing was fine any idiot can wire a sony head unit in. . . Nope he ran the ground to the lighting wire for the old stereo. Save me a month of tearing through the car if he just would of said he dicked with the radio. . . . . Urrrrr hope my son is not as stupid as him!!!

 

Finding the problem is usually the hard part - fixing it is usually easy. Glad you tracked down the fault!
