I changed this on my car because I'm having a problem I cant figure out. I've begun to change just about everything that has something plugged into it and this was simple to change. My question is.....What is it ? If anyone can tell me I'd greatly appreciate it. Please overlook the misc. crap on my desk.

Air Regulator.

Bleach

causes your engine it idle a little higher when it is cold and needs some extra air.

It would cause a problem only if the hoses plugged into it were not sealing correctly.
