So, its just the ignition that is messed up on yours, and bad suspension?

yeah saem ehre, but i try hard to make them look as good as I can. Currently the Z is in two-face mode.. almsot literaly lol. The driver side is all but perfect, with the passenger side not touched besides insulation under where the seat goes.

I did a temp. fix on my carpet till I can get a molded set. Cant wait for her to be spic and span. Also plan on building a custom 3x9 speaker box for the rear panel, and probably custom 10'' audiobahn sub boxes, but thats in the back of my mind on standby, gotta get it running first xD

I hear ya; I'm gonna jerry-rig a set of my dads XPlode speakers by Sony directly in front of the tail light panels. And i'll make it pretty by keeping the wires in the looms! wahaha! and whenever i find a black good condition rear...trim piece thing... then i'll graft them into it and mount them properly. I forget what size they are, but they have their own box and sound great

If I find any more board at work I'll grab it for you. I have enough for my hatch and then some, probably not enough to complete the sub boxes, but good enough for the 6x9s.

Also, the car i'm getting the tranny from used to have a Turbo... think it would still have the borg-warner T5 in it too? if the clutch palte and flywheel and all are bigger than my 1980 2seater, should I go ahead and get those too, or does it matter?

You know, the guy i'm buying the trans from also offered to sell me his center console for dirt cheap compared to what I think they are worth... any ideas on what they go for?

Brown can easily be recoloured.... if the top isn't worn (where your arm rests) then its worth grabing for sure...

Then if I can get him to sell me his freaking transmission, then I'll grab it up too!

On a sid enote, I think I want to delete the center console in mine. Its beat to hell and there's not really much room to use it anyway. I could easily fab up a cupholder and change holder and call it good. I think I might just do that... and buy/sell this guy's console.
