So the insurance investigator came by my shop today and checked out the damage to my Z. 30 minutes later, he handed me an estimate and a check!

I won't say for how much, but it should more than cover the repairs. It seems he used to own a couple of Z cars himself and was quite fond of mine... I think because of that he may have exagerated the amount a little bit

So, the car should be fixed next week and then I'll just need to settle the medical claim.
