I thought it was a 280Z ,but I could be wrong. I was sick when they wrecked it, though. It was in pretty good shape, but then, they probably had a dozen of them for filming. The Saleen S7 he had afterwards was nice, though...

There were no 240Z 2+2's made. The first 2+2 was a 260Z.
I haven't seen the movie in a while, but for some reason I was thinking it was a 260Z while watching the movie....
Anyway, a 280Z 2+2 is far more common than a 260Z 2+2. And why would they care about wrecking a $2500 car for a movie!?! Other movies destroy cars worth 30 times that much!

we just all hold z cars close to our harts and it hurts just a littel to see somthing that we all love here a zdriver get destroyed like that. So let them weep its ok . let them be angry for its there right.

But by looking at the cars you drive, it's obvious you like working on cars. You have a Daytona, a Laser, A Corrado and an Eclipse. Boy, you're a glutton for punishment. You must have more patience than I do.
