i got all my turbo flanges and stuff like that from www.atpturbo.com They are owned by my friend's friend. I know confusing.... Well anyways im running a t3/t4 and i got most of my stuff from them. They are a bit pricey but highly recommended.

 

Thanks.. I got a friend in town that remanufatures Garret turbos, and sells all flages, I get them at cost I just never heard of a 3" outlet flange for a T/4, and hes in Canada til Tuesday..
