I've seen immaculate Zs go for that much before... kinda crazy...

Idk about ann. models tho, they seem to be like they need to be 1/32 scale, and on a shelf. Not driven. imo

But at least you came to the right place if it ever starts messing up.

I've actually seen the anniversaries listed for $25 or $30K on Ebay. Not sure if they got that though.

I only live about 10 miles from the owner and called his showroom and was surprised he picked up for a Sunday and all.He told me it was on ebay when I got to his house. Also this car was originaly sold on my birthday which is kind of auspicious except for the year (I'm an old fart).
Heres a link.........http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Thanx everyone for the speedy responses.I'm sure I'll learn alot here.

If I were to buy something that was commemorative, I would want it to take up about a 3x6 inch space on a shelf, not a space in the garage

That is an incredibly nice ride if the pics do it justice. You'll need to bring it down to Z Car Garage and have it checked out. Tell them Wade sent you and I said to take good care of you.

You're in the Bay Area so you'll need to join ZONC (Z Owner's of Northern California) @ www.zonc.org.

The fact that it's a manual transmission makes it even more rare.

Congrats!

Cheers,
LWW

Wow congrats on the car - it looks to be pristine. Do you have some pics of the rear interior just out of curiosity?

What are your plans for the car? I don't think I could own that car at this point in my life (maybe in the future when I have a 10 car garage - yea right . I'm too much of a fiend for these cars and I'd just want to drive it around. I think a car with this little mileage shouldn't really be driven around ***** nilly racking up miles. I also have a really hard time resisting modifying the cars. Each little mod makes the car come more alive..... but I do appreciate a flawless original at the same time. There aren't a lot of pristine collector cars around in the S130 flavour.
