1980 USA-Non Cali. missing B.P.T and E.G.R?

Hi,

I am super confused. I am pretty sure that I have an 280ZX 1980 USA Non California MT model.
However I dont have the BPT and EGR! But I think I have the D1 and D2 thernal vaccum valves.

Could this be possible?

Looking at SEC322 on EC4. The connection form vacuum valve D1 doesnt connect to the delay valve it simply just connects to the throttle champer or something. Is it supposed to be somekind of T-connection with one host going to the BPT and other too throttle camber?

Thanks

Ofcourse some pictures!

This is where the EGR and BPT valve are missing, so it has to be California:

And in this picutre you can see the one-way valve, this only exist in the NON California models. So not California??
Also there are 3 hoses going to thermal vaccum valve. In California only 2. (One of the hoses i broken so ony 2 are connected for now).
