Angry Wheels hot

I am having trouble with 1981 280zx. All The wheels seem to be hot after a short drive. When I got the car it had been sitting for 8 years the master cylinder and the booster were bad so I replaced them. I have had this problem for a while tried another master cylinder and replaced front calibers and hoses. I also adjusted the booster. All wheels still get hot. Any suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks

Well first step would be to jack up the car, and spin each wheel... do the fronts freely spin? Or is there drag? Put the car in neutral & e-brake down for rears...
