your gonna need........
clutch pedals, master and slave cylinder.. the clutch fluid lines for the master and clutch slave cylinder. ZXT or 2+2 flywheel.. clutch presure plate and throwout bearing with hub.. a drive shaft from a ZXT and i belive thats it.....

as long as its the same body type, the driveshaft MIGHT not have to be swapped, i've just finished the swap myself and since my driveshaft was new and mines a 2+2, i just used the one from my automatic. I used the nissan transmission out of an 82 tho, i am not sure if the T5 has the same splines as the automatic.
P.S Don't forget the pilot bushing, and buy yourself an alignment tool for the clutch if you don't get one with the clutch kit.
