Thermostat housing problem

The bolts were rusted and have broke off while I was trying to replace the thermostat. Anyone know how to get it off now with the bolt heads missing?

you can try tapping it off with a hammer to loosen it off the broken bolts or you can remove the lower section of the thermostat housing that has all the sensors. it bolts up to the head with 2 bolts i believe. after that you can try to disassemble it on the bench and try taking off the broken bolts with a pair of vise grips.

thermostat Housing

The bolts on the actual housing to the manifold are broken off. I don't know if there is a tool I could get of some sort to break the bolts out.
