This is my problem. The whole AC system has been replaced with new parts and the problem still exist.

Has anyone seen this problem and how did you fix it or possible solutions.
I appreicate the help.

right above your right leg theres a switch on the lower dash kick panel.. the heater / AC controler is all controled by vacuume and when your accelerating the vaccume rises.. the switch on the lower kick panel on the 280ZX keeps the vacuume pressure stable even at acceleration.. that should fix your problem...

I'd start by checking the twin hoses that come in through the firewall. Then I'd remove the panel under the glove box and look up at the spaghetti mess of hoses and check for ones that have cracked.
