hey ppl
iv got a 79 n/a 2+2 zx and was wondering what kind of performance options i have, it san auto so im doing a manual swap soon. was thinking bout performance air filter, any other ideas??? im not looking to spent big dollars but some more kw would b nice.

For some basic stuff, a slight increase in exhaust pipe size, the K&N cone air filter, and a lower geared rearend (or smaller tires) will do just fine. (2.25" on the pipe is just fine)

There are not any other major increases in power that you can get without dissasembling the engine. The big throttle body won't really do a whole lot without a complete porting of the intake manifold and intake ports on the head.

Get some good spark plug wires and NGK plugs.

yeh just looking to get a bit more power on the cheep, i dont wanna spend any huge amount of cash.
