huricane, and high winds
box her up! make sure she's protected & hope it all goes well for ya! My work's headquarters is in the Woodlands (Houston) and they are shutting down the network for the weekend. Yeah! I get paid to do nothing for 2 days!
And to think, I never thought Texas and Rain could fit into the same sentence.
Shows how much I know
Even so, I hope everything turns out for the better for you Dust. A good place is a parking garage, like at the airport or a mall. It'll cost you but not as much as repairing the damage of a tree flying through it. Just make sure it's not a below ground parking garage. Preferably above ground.
Thats what my Uncle does. He's got a REALLY NICE Mustang. And everytime they call for a tropical storm or Hurricane he just takes it over to the mall and parks it on the second floor. It's never seen a scratch and the mall parking is free too

EatmyDust you should buy one of those metal "Pod" storage thing and park your car in it durring the storm. If you get one they will deliver it to your house and put it where you want and everything. nothing like a steel crate to put your car in for safe keeping

Yeah, put in one of those steel "pods"... That way when they find the pod in nebraska they can just ship it back to you... 212MPH winds right now! Just think your Z could set an all time speed record for a 280ZX

My car made it through, my town finaly got power yesterday. this is my first time back on line. man trees were uprooted, snaped in half all the stuff atached to out house, was blown off, all kinds of stuff, gut the zx is fine
.
I ended up staying in georg town texas, sleeping on an air matress, that gradually goes flat through the night, wich I am use to, because that is the same kind I had the first time in colegde. I eat well, had plenty to drink, but not near enough gas. I have to say guys I don't like storms any more.

i tossed mine at the shop i work at. (rapid body works)
they were nice enough to pull it in the gate away from harm's way.
I thought sitting next to jags, bmw's, and benz's would be a safe enough place.
