to 1st question.... you need a rising rate fpr,so under higher boost you would increase fuel pressure.
2nd question..... use 225mm on 225mm set up only and 240mm on 240mm only. dont interchange.

Why can't you interchange them? How about the larger diamter flywheel with the smaller pressure plate?

I wouldn't see a problem with using the larger flywheel with the smaller clutch as long as the pressure plate bolted up. I would see a problem with using the smaller flywheel with the larger clutch being that the clutch would not mate properly with the flywheel.

the 225mm pressure plate will not bolt up to the 240mm flywheel... the dowl pins dont line up...
