Recently bought and am trying to install this system from ZcarDepot. Had I realized what a shitshow this was, had I done some research instead of taking "EZ" at face value, I definitely would NOT have gone with this. Alas, $1400 later here we are. I will try and contact the company tomorrow, get some answers but for now, if anyone has any experience in this, please see if you can answer my question...

I can't seem to get past the "communication error" screen. Sat open for extended periods of time, several times. ECU light is blinking as though it has connection. Wires in cabin hooked to the ECU have ±12v running to it with key in acc/on/crank positions.

Have checked all wiring around and up to all new sensors and ECU time and time again. Is anyone familiar enough to know if this is simply an ECU error? I've seen this as common ground, sadly, among FAST experiences. There is no explanation for troubleshooting this, other than ensuring power and 'proper' grounds (already established). Any troubleshooting mentioned from FAST themselves is assuming you've made it past the "communication error" screen. I'm really at my wit's end with this. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
