engine trouble/popping sound

There is a popping noise while the car is running, sounds like its coming from the mass air flow sensor.Idle around 500-600 rpms Car sat for a bit, recently did headers, plugs, and eliminated the cat and EGR. Can anyone help me out, let me know what you think.

Thanks a bunch.

Check to make sure your firing order is correct....doesn't cost anything to tripple check.

Make sure your plug wires are in the correct order then grab a timing light and check your ignition timing, check all your vacuum lines for leaks, punctures, or anything of the sort, make sure your TPS is adjusted correctly. Then I'd say you could go ahead and test the AFM and the CHTS.
