EGR pipe

Is there an aftermarket pre-formed EGR pipe (with fittings) available for use with a Pacesetter header? I have the 6 into 2 with EGR and O2 senser bungs. I would cut and modify the stock one but I dont have a flaring tool. What have others done?

83 280zx non turbo

Thanks

Tried to hook it up - didn't work - cut it off.

Gotcha. I read a post of yours from awhile back noting that you simply plugged the hole in your header and capped off the EGR. My first thought was to do this also. Is it as simple as that? I have been searching/reading all the other posts about deleting the EGR which has just confused me, mainly because they all seem to be about other cars/engines than the 280ZX.

on my 83' 280ZX non turbo I should be able to just do what you did, correct?

Thanks

BTW - I really appreciate all the stuff I find on this site, I have used a lot of the info I've found already. Im actually building a F rr i Daytona 365 GTS Kit on my 83' Zcar donor. On going project for last few years..

Yea - the EGR is independant of the ECU so you're good to go other than an inspection that requires an operational EGR system...
